My Story & Mission

I am a licensed Aesthetician from the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and Certified Massage Therapist. I also have vigorously studies aromatherapy for the last 10 years and known for giving a beneficial yet relaxing facial that smells amazing using natural scents.

My focus is transforming skin by regenerating, repairing and healing tissue through natural, safe, effective treatments. I believe everyone can achieve beautiful healthy skin, no matter what your skin type or age. I also strongly believe that eating a clean, healthy diet and having a healthy lifestyle will only enhance the results of professional treatments along with a good home skin care regimen.

I moved to Central California in 2019 with a desire for a slower paced and less stressed lifestyle with fresher air and less pollution. I moved onto 10 acres of land in order to stay fit and be one with nature.

I have always appreciated all that nature has to offer being born in Santa Cruz, CA. My interest in the healing properties of nature was peaked when several immediate family members were diagnosed with cancer. This started my exploration journey into alternative healing therapies. I got exposed to the healing properties of herbs, aromatherapy, acupuncture and Reiki holistic healing treatments.

In 2016 I got very ill which brought on a horrendous facial rash. The stressful life of Silicon Valley combined with bereavement had caused adrenal fatigue. I began researching holistic means to combat my health issues which led me to a healthier life style. I wanted to avoid the negative side-effects of modern day medicine. My studies led me to research the holistic approach to skin care carefully formulated to energetically support the mind, body and spiritual connection. It's necessary to look at the bigger picture to understand the root cause of skin imbalances including diet, sleep, stress, allergies, etc.

Family beauty history. I come from a family with over 40 years experience in the beauty industry. My father was an award-winning beauty expert. He wrote many beauty articles, lectured throughout the United States and appeared on various TV shows.

I am always learning. I regularly enroll in continuing education courses and attend seminars on the latest technology and techniques in promoting healthy skin. View my certificates of achievement by clicking this link. I have been featured in Skin Inc magazine for several articles; "Spa Owner Focuses on Customer Service and Professionalism" and "Exceed Expectations for Repeat Business."

Accreditations. I am a member of ASCP (Associated Skin Care Professionals) and ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals). This means I have met stringent requirements regarding training and must adhere to a strict code of ethics in order to maintain membership. I have over 600 hours of massage training from the Institute for Business and Technology in Santa Clara, CA.

Women's Retreats & Events. Due to my love and passion of empowering women, In 2014 I founded the Women's Wellness Sunflower Retreat (WWSR EVENT), a health and wellness seminar for women in the San Francisco Bay Area. I look forward to hosting similar events in the SLO area.
